Breathe No Matter What

I am told to think of the next phase of change as a bit like driving an old car in Kansas during a drought. You get inside the car. It is a bit warm. You make sure all the windows are rolled up tight. Then you go, down the dusty road. You watch this dust roll off the back of the car in swirls. As you see the beauty of the design of the layer of what has been stirred up in your path, you feel relieved. It is out there and it is not affecting you. Easy peasy. Then, for a very long moment you realize with varying amounts of emotion that the very dust behind you has indeed also crept into the car. It is uncomfortable to see it there as you wish not to be anxious, not to be connected.

Oh, your technology of the car should be so advanced that it protects from this very thing. Then you realize, no matter what shield, no matter what seal, no matter how you configure something, there will always be a bit of that inside close enough to make you notice. It is there for you to clear. Your dust being emotions and the karma of your own heart being fully awakened really.

Yes, it was stirred by your enthusiastic journey to your wonderful destination. It is there and it is making sure that you notice it and deal. It gets so hot and so dusty with pressure that you really feel that you might not make it. Yet, there still is enough air and you still are alive as you adapt and resolve to make it. You tell your heart it is going to be okay. You remind yourself you have made this journey before but just forgot. You keep your foot on the accelerator despite all the inconveniences and annoyances and just go dusting off as you see the wonderful rode stretched out before you..
